This vegan shoyu tare was made to use with the Vegan Tonkotsu Recipe on this website. It's a really quick tare that can be used the same day because it isn't heated.
200 ml Dashi Stock
5 g Moshio Konbu Saltif tare is not salty enough for you you can add more salt
100 ml Koikuchi Shoyu
100 ml Usukuchi Shoyu
25 ml Mirin
Mix all ingredients together to use the same day.
