Welcome to the first episode of the Way of Ramen Podcast. In this show I plan to interview Ramen Chefs, enthusiasts, addicts and experts to try to unlock the secrets of making great ramen.
In today’s show we have Mark Hoshi aka Ramen Culture on the internet. Mark has worked at ramen restaurants in Japan such as Ramen Nagi and Menya Ittou. On this episode he shares his story of how he got into ramen and also his thoughts on what the future of ramen can become outside of Japan. He also shares the dirty secret of ramen shops outside of Japan. Something I was pretty shocked to learn.
