Way of Ramen Podcast – Ep 10 – Ramen Pop-up Roundtable with @ramen__lord, @menyahosaki, and @ramen512

In today’s episode, I sit down with 3 people who I consider to be some of the best ramen chefs in the US for a roundtable discussion on all things related to running a successful ramen popup. On the panel, we have Mike Satinover aka Ramen Lord who does popups under the Akahoshi Ramen name in Chicago, Eric Yoo of Menya Hosaki in the DC area and Vinh Thai of the Ramen512 popup in Austin Texas. These three guys share everything they’ve learned running their popups to help you cut down your mistakes and have the smoothest popup experience possible. If you’re considering one day doing a pop up of your own in your own town, this episode is for you.
