Super Simple Shio Ramen

This is a very simple way to make a quick shio ramen by just mixing a few ingredients together.

 1 Ramen NoodlesFresh ramen noodles (homemade or store bought)
 400 ml Water
Seasonings
 1 tbsp Lee kum kee Chicken Stock Powder
 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 1 tsp Kosher Salt
 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Add ingredients for the seasoning into a bowl.

Boil two pots of water. One to cook your noodles and one for the soup.

Pour 400ml of hot water into the bowl with the seasonings. Stir to combine and your soup is done.

Cook your noodles as according to the directions, strain them well and add it to your bowl of soup. Top with a sprinkle of black pepper and any other toppings you want.
