 100 g Ground Pork
 0.50 tbsp Sesame Oil
 0.50 tsp grated garlic
 0.50 tsp grated ginger
 3 tbsp Miso Paste
 1 tsp Toubanjan
 Leek4 inch piece
Soup
 700 ml Water
 1 tbsp Chicken Stock PowderLee Kum Kee or Ajinomoto brand
 1 tbsp Hon Tsuyuor men tsuyu
 0.50 tsp Salt
 2 tsp Sugar
 2 drops La-Yu Chili Oil
Toppings
 Corn
 Butter
 Black Pepper
 Sesame Seeds

Put the ingredients for the makeshift miso tare into a cold pot. Turn on the heat and mix everything together. Cook until the pork is cooked through (around 5-8 minutes)

When the pork is cooked through and everything is mixed together, add all the ingredients for the soup into the pot. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook your noodles in a separate pot of boiling water. Strain them well and add them to a bowl.

Pour half of the soup mixture over the noodles (350 ml)
