 0.25 tsp MSG
 1 pinch Sugar
 1 drop Mirin
Aroma Oil

 450 ml Hot Water
 1 tsp Chicken Stock PowderLee Kum Kee brand or Ajinomoto Brand
 1 tsp Hon Dashi Powder

Bring a pot of water to a boil to cook your noodles.

Add the ingredients for the tare together in a small bowl. stir well to combine

Add ingredients for the aroma oil into a small pan and turn on heat. when the green onion and garlic starts to sizzle, turn the heat down to low and simmer for 3 minutes. strain out the ginger and garlic and keep the oil.

Add 450ml of water and add the two stock powders to a separate pot. Heat up the soup but don't boil.

When your first pot of water is boiling, add your noodles and cook them according to the instructions.

While the noodles are cooking, add 1 tablespoon of tare, 1 tablespoon of aroma oil and some chopped green onions into a bowl. add your soup into the bowl and stir to combine. Give the soup a taste and if it needs more salt, add more tare.

when noodles are cooked, strain them well and add them to your bowl of soup. top with your favorite toppings.
